The present study aimed to identify the role of university administration and lecturer in creating suitable conditions for practicing activities in Palestinian universities from viewpoint of its students and identifying the role of students during practicing activities and revealing whether there were statically significant differences in means of students' responses of the study sample to the reality of activities due to the variables(sex-study level-university), and formulating suggested perception to improve the reality of students' activities. The researchers used analytic descriptive method. The study tool was a questionnaire. The study
sample consisted of (134) male and female students from Palestinian universities students (Islamic- Al-azher- Gaza) were chosen purposively from students who participated in student activities and committees. Data were analyzed by statistical program(SPSS). The total degree of questionnaire got a relative weight (62.39), as the university administration dimension got a relative weight (61.53), while the lecturer university dimension got a relative weight (54.63) while the student dimension got a relative weight of (68.18). The study revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the study sample responses due to study variables (sex –study level-university). At the end of the study the researchers presented suggested perception to improve the reality of students' activities. The researchers recommended the need for planning, organizing and good coordination when implementing students activities, providing adequate budgets for practicing students' activities and providing material and moral incentives for participants.
