The research seeks to study the effect funding forms over the entrepreneurship of Small Enterprises. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method in conducting the study. The questionnaire are applied as a tool for collecting information on a random sample of

 (128) distributed among the owners of small projects, and he reaches the following conclusions and recommendations:

The need for guiding entrepreneurs towards the proper organizational structure of the project . The need to work on the rehabilitation and training of human resources working in small projects to deal with technology methods in order to employ them in the methods of modern technical financing, such as business incubators and collective funding platforms . The need to work on reaching and networking with donor associations and institutions in order to obtain the necessary funding to support small enterprises . The need to facilitate the guarantees and conditions of financiers in order to increase the demand of entrepreneurs, which is reflected in supporting the entrepreneurship of small enterprises .  The need to reduce the interest rate paid by customers, compared to

lower profits of small enterprises.
