Abstract
This study aims to determine the administrative creativity level and its influence of developing the quality of the touristic services. To achieve this aim, both researchers prepared a survey, which was distributed to (52) of the restaurant customers, (41) of them fit to be analyzed, they also interviewed the higher management of the restaurant. The study concluded many results such as:
Alsalam restaurant halls suits the various occasions held in it, and may use the available facilities to solve some problems, yet there are some issues confronts the Administration while planning. A weekly meeting for the working staff to monitor and evaluate the performance and to add new rational and applicable ideas.
This study provides a group of recommendations as continuous hard working in targeting and taking good care of all customers regardless age or sex. Also,
Alsalam Restaurant working hours must suite all the customers of restaurants, in addition to the importance of focusing on the creative ideas of working staff, and adapting the ones that satisfy the customers needs.
