Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of e-learning strategy contract to increase education performance efficiency in universities. An analytical descriptive method was used. A questionnaire was established and distributed to a stratified random sample of faculty members and their assistants. Spss program used to test the hypotheses of the study. The study found a positive association between the use of e-learning strategy contract and increasing the efficiency of education performance. The study recommended increasing the use of e-learning strategy contract because of its direct impact in increasing the efficiency of educational performance.
