The study aimed to identify the role of decision support systems in the success of crisis management for the Palestinian insurance sector, specifically for AlMultazim Insurance and Investment Company, in order to develop decision support systems to increase the effectiveness of crisis management they face, and for this purpose the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study population consisting of (98) They are the makers and decision-makers in AlMultazim Insurance and Investment Company - the employees of the upper and middle departments and all the managers -, and the researcher analyzed the data using the SPSS statistical program, and the study was conducted according to the descriptive analytical approach because it is the most suitable for the nature of this study.
