Abstract

The study title the professional and ethical standards of the Palestinian electronic press and aimed to sophisticated service and to develop professional and ethical standards that can govern the electronic press in a way that makes this kind of media more credible and effective and characterize a professional and ethical environment conducive to the development of electronic journalism and enable the Palestinian press sites to provide a rational. so we use descriptive and analytical methodology, and to provide legal protection for the Arab and Palestinian media content that is subject to violation and piracy, and to strive to uphold the values ​​of press freedom in light of the legal and constitutional protection of the journalist and the society, and propose appropriate solutions that contribute to address everything that violates the privacy, The content of Al-Quds and New York Times website was analyzed for 6 months using the industrial week, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for the study, distributed to a sample of 90 persons. The data were analyzed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.
