The research aims to study the effect of technological leadership on the success of small projects. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in conducting the study, and the questionnaire was applied as a tool to collect information on the research sample consisting of (39) singles. The researcher reached the following recommendations: Urging the Ministry of Education to Create curricula and teaching methods that contain the foundations of creating creative thinking for students and university graduates, and work to create an environment appropriate for entrepreneurs so that they can develop their thinking in creating ideas that can be converted into real opportunities, and the existence of technological incubators for each institution or university for its effective role in promoting success Small business, directing attention by the government and society towards the importance of small projects for the purpose of contributing to economic development.
