Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationship between destructive leadership and organizational silence through a practical study on employees in the Ministry of Social Development in the Gaza Strip, to achieve this objective, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and the analytical descriptive method for conducting the study. The study population may consist of the Ministry of Social Development's 363 employees, The random sampling method was used, whereby 200 questionnaires were distributed to employees of the Ministry of Social Development, and (187) questionnaires were obtained, valid for analysis, with a response rate (93.5%), the results showed there is a strong relationship between destructive leadership and organizational silence in the Ministry of Social Development in the Gaza Strip, The study concluded with a set of recommendations that can contribute in overcoming weaknesses and reinforcing strengths the study recommended that The necessity to build good relations with employee to support a safe and healthy work environment dominated by mutual respect between the employee, and encourage employees to present their views and proposals even if they are contrary to senior management without fear and submission, and to convince them that the administration is concerned in it, and to pursue an open-door policy.
