This study aimed at identifying The Role of Servant Leadership in Achieving Administrative creativity through an empirical study on university of Palestine. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researchers depended on a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection and adopted the descriptive analytical approach in conducting this study. The study population is the employees working at the University of Palestine. The random method was used Where 65 questionnaires were distributed among the study population, and 52 questionnaires were retrieved representing (80%) a response rate. SPSS software program was used to analyze data.

The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship at (0.05 ≤ α) between servant leadership and administrative creativity at University of Palestine.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations that can contribute in overcoming weaknesses and reinforcing strengths the study recommended that by promoting ethical practices within the university, and the necessity to strengthen the principle of empowerment and delegating powers at the university, granting freedom of expression opinion and creative ideas.
