This study aims to identify the role of developing the Intelligent Excellence Support as an entrance in meeting the requirements of the international rankings of universities in the light of; sustainability-oriented strategies (applied study on the Palestinian universities). Researchers use the descriptive analytical method. Interviews are held with planning and quality Deans of the targeted Universities. Also, the questionnaire as a tool for information is used in collecting individual samples of (148). Due to the smallness of the research society, the comprehensive inventory method is used. A questionnaires of (84) were retrieved from the top management staff in Al-Azhar and Islamic Universities. Most importantly, the research stats several results as the links existence between the three research variables (the developing of the Intelligent Excellence, sustainability-oriented strategies and the requirements of international ranking).It also reveals that there is an impact on the level of development supported by intelligent excellence in meeting the requirements of international rankings of universities in the light of implementing of sustainable oriented strategies in Palestinian universities. Based on the research results , the Palestinian Universities should be interested in finding out a clear plans for enhancing the requirements of the international rankings of universities represented by the requirements of human resources , through the external scholarships of employees and best students. Providing a climate for employees to develop their creativity and excellence and material requirements through monitoring the appropriate funding for saving the modern technological devices ,equipment and academic research requirements through continuous learning process of other universities experiences. Encouraging the international publishing and digital requirements such as the keen interest in the development plan of the university websites and digital library.
