Abstract

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the Serving leadership and its relationship to enhance the Organizational Citizenship of the Gaza- Municipality Staff by means of questionnaires prepared for this purpose, So the N is by (85) and the responsive samples have reached 60 Of the Staff- categories as (head of department - manager). The study showed that there was an moderate scale of Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship , Which were their average respectively are (67.4% , 66.1 %) . And It found out that there was positively significant relation between the study variables with (.86)p In light of these findings, the study recommends the Gaza- Municipality Staff to enhance the Serving leadership adoption which has significant role to maximize Organizational Citizenship and Improve operational performance
