Abstract
The research aimed to test and analyze the correlation and impact between organizational terrorism (external terrorism, internal terrorism, terrorism against the organization, terrorism among workers, management terrorism for employees), psychological flexibility, and management of financial and administrative corruption risks. (3) hospitals in the southern Gaza Strip, The research used the descriptive analytical method, and the use of random sample, distributed (150) singles, and retrieved (121) questionnaire for analysis, representing a response rate of (80.66%), and used a set of statistical methods, The research has reached a number of conclusions, most notably that there is a significant relationship between organizational terrorism with its dimensions and psychological resilience, and there is a significant relationship between (psychological flexibility and organizational terrorism), the level of application of financial and administrative corruption risk management, and there are two effects of organizational terrorism with its dimensions and the level of application of risk management. Financial and administrative corruption. In addition to the recommendations that are important to increase the awareness of workers about the dangers of organizational terrorism, psychological flexibility, and the management of the risks of financial and administrative corruption in order to spread a culture of support for change, development, and creativity to raise the level of the Palestinian health sector towards excellence to reflect its positive impact on workers and patients receiving care.
