This research sheds the light on the issue of Outlook and recoil, or memory recall for the Palestinian poet " Omar Shalayil ", as seen, his outlooks revolves around two cores, first of each is the issue of ambition and hope, in a future full of victory, this hope is fraughted with both enthusiasm and revolutionary insistence, the second core is under the title of outlook in the concept of the modern criticism; the thing which marking the modern poem with innovation of the foot and the frame of poems, along with full adherence of the new framework of modern poetry. Concerning the issue of memory recall, it is presented clearly and distinctively, where the poet depends – one time – on a religious inheritance, and on legendry and historical inheritance – another time – all including a distinctive characters who shaped nation life, also the poet drunk – in the third time – from the fountains of the literary in heritage besides the original folklore
