Abstract
: The study aimed to identify the digital business risk management strategy for the supply chain in the food industry companies: through the opportunities and challenges facing companies. In the food industry companies operating in the Gaza Strip, which are registered as a member of the Palestinian Food Industries Federation, (25) companies were selected as shown in the following table, and thus (144) questionnaires were distributed to (25) companies, and (114) questionnaires were retrieved, Which represents a percentage (79.1%) as a recovery rate, and the questionnaires were distributed mainly (department manager, department head, employee), and the statistical package SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The study shows the following main results: That the company is working on developing its alternatives and strategies to reduce the supply chain risks and enhance its competitive position, also that the company is working on the management of digital business risks for the supply chain by improving the activities and methods used, also that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) in the averages The responses of the sample members towards the study variables are attributed to the demographic variables (sex, age, educational qualification, occupational level), and there are also statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) in the average responses of the sample members towards the challenges variable due to the years of service variable. The study also concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The basis for establishing long-term relationships with suppliers, effective communication, and partnership with them, as well as the need to increase experience by attending seminars and meetings in the field of digital business risk management; In order to further improve supply chain operations, in addition to the need to increase the awareness of employees in the company of the importance of managing digital business risks for the supply chain, also raise the level of interest in the technical and organizational capabilities of the company, which is reflected in the process of managing digital business risks for the supply chain
