Abstract
The aim of the current study is to foster the communication process development in the government-run Public Relations Departments in the Palestinian territories, and to explore the nature of the work of the communication process of Public Relations, including its objectives to be achieved through communication programs and projects, being carried out. In order to gather large amount of information in research and facilitate the exchange of information, the survey method was used. It is considered as the most effective scientific method being adopted for descriptive research, with a focus on the instrument-for-research questionnaire being drawn up about primary data collection, in this study being carried out. With its validity and reliability being already tested and ensured, in order to obtain information, the questionnaire drawn up was circulated among the respondents. The questionnaire was completed, where Gaza government-appointed respondents (47) working in the Public Relations Departments in the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the General Personnel Council (GPC) were asked to fill it out. In this study being carried out, Pattern Theory, Development Theory, and Uses and Gratifications Theory were used.
