The study aimed at highlighting the challenges of educational globalization which face school and ways to face them. The study used the analytical descriptive method. To achieve aims of the study, the researcher depended on the educational literature relating to the subject. The study reached to the conclusion that there are educational challenges of globalization with two dimensions: external challenges as the trial of changing curricula, exposure to identity, insertion of international values and internal challenges as the drop of education quality, the absence of the teacher the model. The study illustrated that from the ways of modification are the cultural vaccination, education for the mindful and critic openness, the repair of curricula, achievement of sustainable education and taking care of talented students.
