Abstract
The reality of scientific research in the Arab world is still far from what is hoped for, especially in terms of its supreme contribution to the development process and the encouragement of investment, and because the progress of countries is measured by the size of their scientific and technological production, the number of their scientists and researchers, and the degree of their interest in scientific research.And investment in it came as business incubators as a practical application of scientific research, as it is considered one of the important mechanisms in today's world because it contributes to eliminating several problems facing scientific research. Incubators also work to promote and strengthen the scientific research system to raise the level of scientific and technical capabilities that achieveOptimal investment of available resources and maximum benefit from available opportunities in light of the rapid change brought about by globalization. Therefore, the two researchers seek to delve into a very important issue in which incubators can play a distinguished role in the application of scientific research of all kinds. so.
