The study aimed to identify the factors affecting the quality of education and their impact on students' loyalty to the university in the governorates of Gaza. The study sample consisted of the community of the three main regular universities in the governorates of Gaza, which are (the Islamic University, Al-Aqsa University, and Al-Azhar University). To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the study tool to identify the impact of factors affecting the quality of education on students' loyalty to their universities, and a stratified random sample of (383) individuals was chosen.The questionnaire consisted of (48) items distributed on four axes: (pivotal competencies, curricular and extracurricular activities, educational technology, and student loyalty), and the use of the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study. To answer the questions of the study and examine its hypotheses, arithmetic means, standard deviation, and the "T" test were used. One-way analysis of variance followed by a multiple regression test.

:The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were
1. The results of the research showed that the pivotal competencies achieved an above-average degree of loyalty with an arithmetic mean (3.56) higher than the default average with a significant significance (0.01).
2. The study proved that the axis of curricular and extracurricular activities was low and did not achieve students’ loyalty to their universities, as the arithmetic mean (3.00) was less than the default mean with a significant significance of less than (0.01).
