Abstract
The study aims to identify the strategies of e-learning and its relationship to increasing the efficiency of educational and research performance in foreign and Palestinian universities. The study population consisted of: (senior management, faculty members and their assistants, postgraduate and bachelor's students), where the number of senior management in the universities in question reached (206), the number of faculty members and their assistants (375), and postgraduate students (378), And undergraduate students (383), the stratified random sample was chosen, and the statistical analysis program for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used.
