Abstract

Customs and traditions took place even before the establishment of the United Nations and before the approval of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The right of every person to return to his home in his homeland is one of the basic human rights. Returning to his home is a natural result of the citizen’s basic right to freedom of movement and return, and the jurists considered that the return of individuals who are forced to leave their homeland due to force majeure such as war is binding, and there is no room for challenging their right to return to their homes, and this principle was one of the natural principles of man and his basic right to life This is supported by what was written by the rules of international law, which includes many provisions, standards and concepts related to the rights of states, peoples and individuals.
