Abstract
The research aims at identifying availability of organizational health dimensions and its relation with the outstanding Performance. The Palestinian Islamic Bank is used as a case study . The researcher uses the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The comprehensive analytical-descriptive approach was used because of the small size of the study population, which includes all the employees of the Palestinian Islamic Bank (Al-Rimal Branch - General Administration / Al-Nasr Branch / Nusirat Branch), with 177 employees, 150 questionnaires were retrieved with percentage of 84.7%. The study concludes that the level of organizational health dimensions in the Palestinian Islamic Bank was relatively high (79,722), and the acceptance of the respondents to the level of outstanding performance in the bank was relatively high (71,571). The results also show a relationship between the availability of organizational health dimensions and the outstanding performance in the bank (α≤0.05), where the coefficient of correlation is statistically significant. In addition, there is no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample members on the availability of organizational health dimensions and the outstanding performance of the Palestinian Islamic Bank due to variables of (Gender – job tenure). The study concluded with recommendations that support the availability of organizational health dimensions for its role in reinforcing outstanding performance of the employees of Palestinian Islamic Bank performance, and in the development of the overall performance of the Bank
