Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of effectiveness of human resource management strategies in light of the trends of the workers in Al-Awda Hospital in North Gaza Governorate. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach for conducting the study. The study’s population consists of all employees in supervising, professional, written posts . A stratified random sample of fifty (50) employees was obtained from the study population. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed including (38) paragraphs to collect the primary data from the sample of the study and the data was analyzed using SPSS.
The study reached several results, the most important of which are: human resource management strategies are highly effective in light of employee’s attitudes; the relative mean of all questionnaire items was (70.26%). The study also found that there are no statistically significant differences between respondents’ responses about the effectiveness of human resource management strategies due to their personal data (gender,age, qualification, and years of experience).
The study recommends that hospital management must work to increase the effectiveness of human resources management strategies, improve their practical application by periodically reviewing these strategies and undertaking some reforms in promotion and motivation policies, the basis for selecting trainers, and the compensation strategy.
