Abstract:

This investigation aimed to recognize the impact of the proactive approach in Palestinian cellular telecommunication companies and analyse the correlation between the degree of implementation of the dynamic approach and institutional excellence. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The inspection tool was applied to a facilitated sample of (90) male and female employees. The data were analysed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program(SPSS) The survey concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: The energetic method affects the promotion of institutional excellence by 50.6% , the absence of statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.5) between the averages of the scores among the respondents' responses in the role of the proactive approach in promoting institutional excellence, attributable to the variables(gender, age, educational level, years of experience).The scrutiny recommends the following: Increasing interest in the proactive approach because of its effective role in achieving institutional excellence, increasing the interest of Palestinian cellular telecommunication companies in the desires and needs customers and working continuously to develop services and introduce new programs to increase the market share.
