Abstract

Abstract
   The study aimed to provide legal protection for the Arab and Palestinian media content that is subject to violation and piracy, and to strive to uphold the values ​​of press freedom in light of the legal and constitutional protection of the journalist and the society, and propose appropriate solutions that contribute to address everything that violates the privacy, so we use analytical and comparative methodology. The content of Al-Quds and New York Times website was analyzed for 6 months using the industrial week. The data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS program. The study found the most important results: there is an interest of Al-Quds and New York Times in political news than cultural, social and religious news, use interactive elements in a large proportion, especially pictures and videos, as well as the weakness of the Al-Quds and New York Times to rely on correspondents, pick news from news agencies and websites, and that Al-Quds did not mention (33.0%) of published materials
